Step 1: Registration

Location: Reference Desk, level 2 & Audio-Visual Desk, level 3

Periods:

Period 1: 07:30 am – 09:30 am          Period 2: 09:40 am – 11:40 am
Period 3: 11:50 am – 1:50 pm            Period 4: 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Period 5: 4:10 pm – 6:10 pm              Period 6: 6:20 pm – 8:20 pm

Requirements of registration:

Step 2: Receiving discussion rooms

  • Group leaders ask to scan and leave their student cards at the Reference Desk when their groups use the discussion rooms
  • Check the discussion rooms before use

Step 3: Returning

  • Arrange chairs properly
  • Make sure the room and board clean before returning
  • Receive the student cards back

* Users may borrow the discussion rooms for more than one period if no one registers to use them.


II. Regulations

     1. Purposes

  • Support users to work in groups
  • Support workshops held in Learning Resource Center

     2. Regulations

  • Keep quiet and clean
  • Users are not allowed to write on the table. Clean the board
  • Arrange the chairs properly
  • Not organizing the entertaining activities


*Group leaders will be responsible for all damage of facilities when borrowing the discussion rooms.
